The details on this form will be used to prepare your temporary page and set up your account details. You will be invoiced for the £175.00, comprising £20.00 annual / biennial domain name registration, £55.00 set-up fee and £100.00 annual rental (all payable immediately).

credit / debit card ensures that your website is on line as quickly as possible
as we do not register your domain name until payment is received. Refunds will
be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Please be aware that, as we generally register domain names and
start design work within 24 hours of receipt of your order, you generally do not
have the right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000. Exceptions 6.1.(a) & (c) apply. This means that we do not
offer refunds for domain name registrations after we have actually registered
(or renewed) the domain name, or for any design work or server set-up actually
carried out. We may look favourably at partial refunds for hosting services if
cancelled before the full term.

gb.com, gb.net are subject to the CentralNic
Terms and Conditions.

You must forward payment, photographs, text and approximate layout of your website within 14 days. If the information needed to set up the full sub-domain is not forwarded within the 14 days the annual rental period runs from the 14th day and the payment becomes due. You must obtain copyright release on any photo that you do not own the copyright. |
